Mat Pilates

Here at Novie Clinic, we are proud to be able to offer physio-led mat pilates classes. Feel the benefits of low impact, mindful movements and help strengthen your body and mind with mat pilates. Whether you want to join in on a group session with your friends or meet other local pilates lovers, we have the availability to tailor your session to meet your needs. 

Perfect for all abilities and ages.

We offer 2 main Mat classes: Mindful movement- for that slower pace, more classical pilates class. 

Sculpt pilates- a more contemporary pilates class mixed with strengthening 

Tuesdays 6pm​ Mindful Movement

Wednesdays 11am Mindful Movement

Fridays 6.30pm Sculpt Pilates

Baby and Toddler classes

Our parent and baby pilates and barre classes are a perfect way to kick start your fitness journey and recovery in the postpartum period. Our baby pilates class is filled with gentle pilates-based exercises focusing on strengthening your back, core and pelvic floor muscles.

Our Barre class is for those who want more of a burn! or maybe bubba likes to be in a carrier? Our Barre class is mainly done in standing so perfect if you want a slight variation to the normal pilates class.

Bring bubba along with you! For anyone 6 weeks postpartum and had the ok from GP/midwife for exercise. Dads are welcome too! Led by a chartered Physiotherapist.

Baby mat Pilates - Tuesdays 10.30am (non-crawlers)

Baby reformer - Wednesdays 12.30pm (non-crawlers)

Baby and toddler Barre - Saturdays 11.30am (up until 3 years old )

Novie Barre

Novie barre is our physiotherapist-led barre class incorporating pilates, yoga and ballet to strengthen your body and increase flexibility. Low impact, full-body workout. Work your core, legs and bum and feel the barre burn!! 

Also great for increasing cardiovascular fitness and for weightless.

Reformer Pilates

Here at Novie Clinic, we are proud to be able to offer physio-led reformer pilates classes. elevate your usual mat pilates class with the added resistance of the reformer springs! Still low impact, providing all the same benefits of mat pilates.  

Perfect for all abilities and ages.

We offer 2 main reformer classes: Reformer class- more classical reformer 

Jumpboard- for that added fitness aspect and higher tempo

Reformer- Wednesdays 7am Saturdays 10am

Jumpboard- Fridays 8pm

Stronger You

Circuit-based fitness class led by a physiotherapist with extra personal training qualifications!

Whether it's building up fitness, losing weight, gaining strength or recovering from an illness or surgery, Stronger You creates the perfect small class environment to help you reach your goals. 

No experience needed. All abilities and ages welcome.
